孔雀石绿降解菌Arthrobacter sp.M6的分离及降解特性

【摘要】 从活性污泥中分离得到一株能以孔雀石绿为唯一碳源和能源生长的细菌M6,根据其形态、生理生化特性以及16S rRNA基因序列相似性分析结果,将其初步鉴定为节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp.).该菌株在12h内对20mg/L的孔雀石绿降解率高于80%;降解孔雀石绿的最适pH为7.0,最适温度为30℃,降解速率与初始接种量呈正相关.研究结果对于孔雀石绿的生物降解以及含孔雀石绿废水的处理具有重要意义.图6参20

【Abstract】 A bacterial strain, designated M6, capable of utilizing malachite green as sole carbon source was isolated from the activated sludge sample collected from wastewater-treating system of a dye manufacturer. It was preliminarily identified as Arthrobacter sp. according to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characters and similarity analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences. Strain M6 could degrade more than 80% of 20 mg/L malachite green within 12h. The optimal pH and temperature for the degradation were 7.0 and 30 ℃, respectively. The degrading rate showed a positive correlation to the initial inoculum size. All these results showed some scientif ic signif icance to both biodegradation of malachite green and study on the treatment of wastewater containing malachite green. Fig 6, Ref 20
