【摘要】 目的分析医院金黄色葡萄球菌耐药水平变化与抗菌药物用量的关系,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法统计医院2004—2008年住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况以及金黄色葡萄球菌的药物敏感试验结果,数据采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计,并作多元线性回归分析。结果耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的增多与抗菌药物消耗量间存在一定的量化关系。结论治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染,临床应尽可能根据药物敏感试验结果用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between the drug resistance level of Staphylococcus aureus and the dosage of antibiotics so as to provide the scientific foundation for the rational antibiotic use.Methods The consumption of antibiotics in inpatients in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 and the susceptibility test results on Staphylococcus aureus were investigated and the data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS 11.5 software.Results The quantitative relation existed between the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus and the consumption of antibiotics.Conclusion Antibiotics should be used rationally in accordance with clinical sensitivity test results in the treatment of infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus.更多还原
