【摘要】 目的建立巴戟天高效液相色谱指纹图谱的分析方法。方法采用梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离,使用计算机辅助相似度评价软件进行数据处理,对不同来源的巴戟天药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析。结果对所采集的10批巴戟天药材进行了测定,建立了巴戟天的指纹图谱,共有23个共有峰。结论所用方法稳定、重复性好,可用于评价不同类型巴戟天药材的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Morindae officinalis by HPLC in order to control its quality.Methods The gradient elution mode was applied to the chromatographic seperation,and the data were analysed by computer aided similarity evaluation software to compare the quality of Radix Morindae officinalis.Results HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint chromatograph in the collected samples from 10 batches of Radix Morindae officinalis.The results showed total 23 peaks.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint method is stable and repeatable,which can be used to evaluate the quality of different types of Radix Morindae officinalis.更多还原
