【摘要】 目的探讨注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗急性中耳炎的安全性和有效性。方法按照卫生部《抗菌药物临床研究指导原则》,采用随机对照方法进行临床观察,以头孢曲松(1.0g/次,每12h给药1次)静脉滴注为对照,评价注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠静脉滴注(1.5g/次,每12h给药1次)治疗急性中耳炎的临床疗效和安全性。结果试验组66例临床痊愈38例(57.58%),总有效62例(93.94%),细菌清除率为89.66%;对照组66例临床痊愈30例(45.45%),总有效58例(87.88%),细菌清除率78.57%,临床研究中均未发现严重不良反应。结论注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗细菌感染性急性中耳炎安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of acute otitis media.Methods The clinical observation was done according to the Criteria for Clinical Research of Antibiotics issued by the National Health Ministry.A randomized controlled clinical trial on the efficacy and safety of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium at 1.0 g once every 12 h versus ceftriaxone sodiun at 1.5 g once every 12 h was conducted to treatment of acute otitis media.Results 38 cases were cured in the test group (66 cases),the total efficacy was 62 cases (93.94%) and the bacterial clearance rate was 89.66%;30 cases were cured in the control group (66 cases),the total efficacy was 58 cases (87.88%) and the bacterial clearance rate was 78.57%. There were no serious adverse drug reactions to the testing drugs in the clinical trial.Conclusion The injection of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium is effective and safe for the treatment of bacterial infections in acute otitis media.更多还原
