【摘要】 目的了解医院门诊处方用药现状。方法回顾性调查医院2009年门诊患者的用药情况。结果门诊处方平均用药品种数为2.33种,抗菌药物应用率为27.95%,注射剂应用率为6.92%,药品通用名处方率为95.20%,平均处方金额为79.62元,处方合格率为92.10%。结论该院门诊处方平均用药品种数、抗菌药物与注射剂应用品种数及所占比例等指标基本合理,但处方合格率未达规定要求,《处方管理办法》有待进一步落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to understand the current status of rational drug use in the hospital outpatient prescriptions.Methods The outpatient medications in 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively investigated.Results The average drug varieties in the outpatients prescriptions were 2.33,the antimicrobials application rate accounted for 27.95%,the injections application rate accounted for 6.92%,the prescription rate using drug generic name was 95.20%.Average amount of prescription was 79.62 Yuan.The prescription qualified rate was 92.10%. Conclusion The indexes such as the average drug varieties,average antimicrobial and injection application number and its proportion in the outpatients prescriptions were basically reasonable.The prescription qualified rate did not meet the requirement.Prescription Administrative Regulation needs to be further implemented.更多还原
