【摘要】 目的比较天津市三级甲等医院和三级乙等医院医疗设备管理质量考核结果,为医院提高医疗设备管理质量提出建议。方法采用现场调查法,并对考核结果应用Fisher确切概率法进行对比统计分析。结果在管理制度实施、人员技术培训以及科室抢救设备定期安全检查记录的考核中,三级甲等医院与三级乙等医院达标率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),前者高于后者;在另外几项的考核中,三级甲等医院与三级乙等医院达标率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论各医院要针对自身存在的问题,采取相应措施,提高医疗设备管理质量水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare results of medical equipment management quality assessment of Grade Ⅲ Class Ahospitals and Grade Ⅲ Class B hospitals in Tianjin, and give suggestions for improvement. Methods Taking the methodof Field Survey, and analysing the assessment results by Fisher’s Exact Test. Result In the assessment of manage-ment system implementation, technical training and the record of regular safety inspection on rescue equipment, thereis a statistically difference in standard rate between Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital and Grade Ⅲ Class B hospital (P<0.05),and the former is highter than the later; in the other assessment, there is no statistically difference in qualification ratiobetween Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital and Grade Ⅲ Class B hospital (P>0.05) . Conclusion The hospital should adopt rele-vant modification measures to counter the existing problems in management and improve the quality of medical equip-ment management.更多还原
