【摘要】 目的:探讨我院第二类精神药品的使用情况。方法:对2010年1月6日我院第二类精神药品应用情况进行统计分析,评估药物使用的合理性。结果:2010年1月6日我院第二类精神药品处方5 019张,占所有门急诊处方总量的1.13%。精神药品二联用药42张,占第二类精神药品处方量的0.84%,无三联及以上精神药品合并使用的处方。本组以≥66岁者应用最多,占29.00%;其次是51～65岁者,占21.80%;19～35岁者应用最少,占13.00%。本组以艾司唑仑片DDDs值最大,其次是地西泮片,地西泮注射液和苯巴比妥注射液DDDs值最小。7种第二类精神药品DUI值均<1。结论:我院第二类精神药品使用情况基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the usage of the second species psychotropic substances about our hospital in January the sixth twenty ten.Methods: The usage of the second species psychotropic substances in our hospital from January in January the sixth twenty ten was analyzed statistically and rationality was evaluated.Results: There were 5 019 psychotropic substances of the second species psychotropic substances and the percentage was 1.13%.There were 42 psychotropic substances of the second species psychotropic substances with bigeminy medication and the percentage was 0.84%,and was without trigeminy medication.The usage of the second species psychotropic substances was most in cases whose age were more than 66 years old and the rate was 29.00%.And the next was in cases whose age were from 51 to 65 years old and the rate was 21.00%.The usage of the second species psychotropic substances was fewest in cases whose age were from 19 to 35 years old and the rate was 13.00%.The DDDs of estazolam tablets was highest and the next was diazepam Tablets,the DDDs of diazepam Injection and phenobarbital Injection was lowest.The DUI of 7 psychotropic substances was less than one.Conclusion: The usage of the second species psychotropic substances in our hospital in January the sixth twenty ten was reasonable.更多还原
