【摘要】 目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)和甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者对糖及血脂代谢的影响。方法:选取2006年1月~2010年4月我院门诊诊治的甲亢和甲减患者138例,选取同期于我院健康体检患者70例,检测血糖(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并进行比较。结果:三组检测项目比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲亢患者具有较高血糖水平、较低血脂的特征,甲减患者具有较低血糖水平、较高血脂特征;在临床治疗有甲状腺功能异常的患者应特别注意,由于甲状腺功能异常可以引起血糖和脂类代谢的异常,在治疗中应考虑到这种状况,以减少因血糖和脂类代谢异常引起的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of glucose and lipid metabolism for the patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.Methods: From January 2006 to April 2010 in the outpatient of our hospital,138 cases of patients were collected,and the 70 health people in our hospital at the same time,blood glucose(GLU),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were detected and compared.Results: There were significant differences among 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with hyperthyroidism have high blood sugar levels,lower blood lipid characteristics,a low blood sugar levels in patients with lower and higher lipoprotein profile;in the clinical treatment of disorders of thyroid dysfunction should pay particular attention,because blood sugar could cause abnormal thyroid function and lipid metabolism abnormality,should be considered in the treatment and care to,in order to reduce the complications of blood glucose and lipid metabolism.更多还原
