【摘要】 目的:研究口服甘草锌颗粒加金施尔康(药品名:多维元素片)治疗复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)的可行性。方法:选取我院83例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为甘草锌颗粒+金施尔康治疗组、甘草锌颗粒治疗组、金施尔康治疗组和未治疗组,分别采用不同的治疗方法,并观察治疗效果,统计显效率和总有效率。结果:甘草锌颗粒+金施尔康治疗组的显效率和总有效率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),甘草锌颗粒治疗组和金施尔康治疗组的显效率和总有效率显著高于未治疗组(P<0.05),甘草锌颗粒治疗组和金施尔康治疗组的显效率无统计学意义(P>0.05),甘草锌颗粒治疗组的总有效率显著高于金施尔康治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:甘草锌复合金施尔康联合治疗RAU可以取得较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research on the treatment effect of Licorzinc Granules combined with Multivitamin Formula with Minerals Tablets(MFMT) for recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods:83 patients with RAU were randomly selected and divided into 4 groups of Licorzinc Granules and MFMT group,Licorzinc Granules group,MFMT group and untreated group.Results:The excellence rate and total effective rate of Licorzinc Granules and MFMT group were much higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05),the excellence rate and total effective rate of Licorzinc Granules group and MFMT group were much higher than those of untreated group(P<0.05),there was no difference of the excellence rate between Licorzinc Granules group and MFMT group(P>0.05),the total effective rate of Licorzinc Granules group was significantly higher than that of MFMT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Licorzinc Granules combined with MFMT may have the satisfied effect on RAU treatment.更多还原
