【摘要】 目的:探讨心理护理在小儿静脉输液中的效果。方法:选取2009年9月～2010年2月于我院门诊进行静脉输液的260例小儿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(非心理护理组)130例和观察组(心理护理组)130例,后将两组患者的治疗依从性、一次穿刺成功率及家长满意率进行研究及比较。结果:经研究比较发现,观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组,家长满意率也明显高于对照组,一次穿刺成功率也明显高于对照组,均有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论:在门诊小儿输液患者中进行心理护理对于提高小儿治疗依从性及提高家长满意率等具有重要的作用,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of psychological nursing in the children patients treated with intravenous infusion. Methods:260 cases of children patients treated with intravenous infusion in our hospital from September 2009 to February 2010 were selected as observation subject,and they were randomly divided into control group (non psychological nursing group)130 cases and observation group (psychological nursing group)130 cases. Then the treatment compliance , one-time successful puncture rate and satisfaction rate of parents of the two groups were studied and compared. Results: The treatment compliance ,one-time successful puncture rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),all the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion:The psychological nursing in the children patients treated with intravenous infusion is an important role for improving the treatment compliance and satisfaction rate and it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
