【摘要】 目的:通过对乙肝患者进行"乙肝两对半"、前S1抗原(PreS1Ag)、HBV-DNA以及肝功能的联合检测,了解乙肝患者各项指标的相关性以及HBV-DNA和PreS1Ag阳性患者及乙肝五项不同阳性组别与肝功能的损害关系。方法:"乙肝两对半"、前S1抗原采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测,HBV-DNA采用荧光定量PCR法检测,肝功能采用日本奥林巴斯AL2700全自动生化分析仪检测。结果:215例乙肝五项不同阳性组别的患者中共有189例前S1抗原阳性,阳性率为87.91%,其中有109例HBeAg阳性患者前S1抗原阳性为102例,HBV-DNA阳性为98例,符合率为96.08%(98/102),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。109例"大三阳"患者谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高者占68.81%,63例"小三阳"患者ALT升者占38.10%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PreS1Ag不仅能够反映乙肝病毒的复制情况,而且更是病毒感染性的指标,与HBeAg、HBV-DNA、ALT呈正相关,这对乙肝患者的诊治和疗效具有很好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect "two pairs of semi-hepatitis B",the former S1 antigen(PreS1Ag),HBV-DNA and liver function of hepatitis B patients,in order to understand the relevance of the indicators of hepatitis B patients,as well as the relationship between liver function damage and PreS1Ag and five different groups of hepatitis B.Methods:"Two pairs of semi-hepatitis B" and the former S1 antigen were detected by ELISA,HBV-DNA by fluorescence quantitative PCR and liver function by Olympus AL2700 automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:In 215 cases positive patients of five different groups of hepatitis B,there were 189 cases positive patients of the former S1 antigen,the positive rate was 87.91%.There were 109 cases HBeAg positive patients who included 102 cases positive patients of the former S1 antigen and 98 cases positive patients of the HBV-DNA,the coincidence rate was 96.08%(98/102),the both difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).But ALT elevation rate was 68.81% in 109 cases "big three positive" patients,it was 38.10% in 63 cases "small three positive" patients,the both difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:PreS1Ag not only reflects the hepatitis B virus replication,but it is the viral infectious target and related with HBeAg,HBV-DNA,ALT.It has good clinical practice value to diagnosis and curative effect of the hepatitis B patients.更多还原
