【摘要】 目的:探讨四种常用血压计的临床适应证。方法:选择44例正常青年人分别用四种血压计进行血压测量,并对其结果进行比较和分析。结果:在同等条件下腕式电子血压计与其他三种血压计比较,测量值显著偏高(P<0.01);剩余三种血压计两两比较,测量值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:用腕式电子血压计测量血压误差较大,不适宜临床使用。其他三种血压计均可常规用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical indications of four kinds of ordinary sphygmomanometeres.Methods:To select 44 cases of normal youth who were carried out to measure blood pressure using four kinds of sphygmomanometer re spectively,and their measuring results were compared and analyzed.Results:Under the same conditions,to compare wrist blood pressure monitor with the other three kinds of sphygmomanometer,its measured value was significantly higher(P<0.01);the remaining three kinds of blood pressure measurements,their measured values showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Accuracy of wrist blood pressure monitor is poorer,it’s not suitable for clinical use.Other three kinds of sphygmomanometer can be used routinely in clinical work.更多还原
