【摘要】 目的:探讨爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:治疗组51例采用爱若华治疗,对照组53例采用西乐葆治疗,对两组进行疗效比较观察。结果:治疗组显效率为68.62%,总有效率为90.20%;对照组显效率为35.85%,总有效率为69.81%。治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较佳,且副作用较少,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:51 patients in treatment group were treated with Leflunomide,53 patients in control group were treated with Celebrex,the effects of two groups were compared and observed.Results:In treatment group,the markedly effective rate was 68.62%,the total effective rate was 90.20%;in control group,the markedly effective rate was 35.85%,the total ef fective rate was 69.81%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better and less side effects,safe and reliable.更多还原
