【摘要】 目的:促进临床用药安全、有效、经济、合理。方法:采用《处方管理办法》中处方用药适宜性审核要求和合理用药国际指标方法,随机抽取我院2007年7～12月(干预前)和2009年7～12月(干预后)处方,各1800张,对实施各项药学服务干预前后的相关指标进行统计分析。结果:不合理用药处方由之前7.35%下降为4.22%,各项处方指标合理性有所提高。结论:开展药学服务有利于促进合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To promote clinical safety,availability,economy and rational drug use.Methods:1 800 prescriptions before implement from July to December in 2007,and after implement from July to December in 2009 were randomly selected for a statistical analysis in accordance with the rational prescriptions and the international rational drug use index es of "Prescription Administration Methods".Results:Irrational prescriptions dropped from 7.35% to 4.22%,and really help improve rational prescriptions indexes.Conclusion:Carrying out pharmaceutical care is beneficial to promote clinical rational drug use.更多还原
