【摘要】 目的:了解瑞舒伐他汀干预治疗高血压性左心室肥厚的疗效。方法:入选83例高血压(EH)患者按血压水平随机分为常规治疗组和瑞舒伐他汀干预组(常规治疗+瑞舒伐他汀20mg/d)。每4周随访1次,根据血压调整降压药用量。疗程6个月。全部疗程结束前、后行心脏超声检查。观察并记录不良反应。结果:瑞舒伐他汀干预组治疗后血压水平较常规治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀干预能显著降低高血压患者的血压,能显著改善高血压患者的左心室肥厚。提示对EH患者在使用降压药物控制血压的同时合用他汀类药物可能更有益处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the effectiveness of rosuvastatin to hypertensively left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods:149 patients with hypertension were randomly devided into routine group and risu-fastatine group. The patients in risufastatine group were treated with conventional treatment and rosuvastatin 20 mg/d. The treatment time was 4 month. To determine them two times by echocardiography and record the effets indesirables. Results:The blood presure level of risu-fastatine group was decreased greatly. Left ventricular hypertensive of risufastatine group was improved greatly. Conclusion:The blood presure level of risufastatine group is decreased greatly. Left ventricular hypertensive of risufastatine group is improved greatly. It suggested that therapeutic alliance of antihypertensive drugs and stains could be benefit to patients with EH.更多还原
