【摘要】 目的:通过对原发性高血压(EH)患者血清P-选择素和MMP-9水平的测定,探讨两者之间及其与血压水平的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)分别测定40例轻、中度EH患者及30例正常对照者的血清P-选择素、MMP-9水平。结果:与对照组比较,EH患者血清P-选择素及MMP-9水平均明显增高(P<0.05)。EH患者血清P-选择素和MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.443,P=0.007);收缩压、舒张压水平与血清P-选择素和MMP-9水平之间均无相关关系。结论:轻、中度EH患者血清P-选择素和MMP-9水平显著增高,存在血小板活化及动脉粥样硬化,P-选择素和MMP-9在EH患者动脉粥样硬化发生及发展中相互影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the serum levels of P-selectin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in essential hypertension (EH) patients and the correlation with the blood pressure. Methods:The serum P-selectin and MMP-9 in 40 mild to moderate EH patients and 30 normal controls were detected by ELISA. Results:The serum levels of P-selectin and MMP-9 were markedly increased in patients with hypertension (P<0.05). The serum levels of P-selectin had a positive correlation with the serum levels of MMP-9 in EH patients (r=0.443,P=0.007). Both P-selectin and MMP-9 levels had no correlation with blood pressure. Conclusion:The P-selectin and MMP-9 of patients with mild to moderate EH increase significantly. It exists platelet activation and development of AS in the mild to moderate EH patients. Both the serum levels of P-selectin and MMP-9 have interaction in this process.更多还原
