【摘要】 目的:探讨银杏总内酯的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取物中银杏总内酯的提取率为评价指标,考察提取工艺。结果:银杏总内酯的最佳提取条件为6倍量的乙酸乙酯超声提取3次。结论:该方法能充分有效地提取银杏总内酯,可作为提取内酯的优选工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the technology in extraction of ginkgolides. Methods:Experiment was designed by orthogonal design,taking the recovery rate of ginkgolides as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process.
