【摘要】 目的:了解分析健康人群中乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况。方法:用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测体检者乙型肝炎病毒标志物(乙肝两对半)。结果:对健康体检中乙肝两对半检验结果的分析,2216人中乙型肝炎病毒两对半的总异常率为9.58%,五项全阴者65.16%,只是HBsAb阳性者25.27%。结论:有近65.16%的体检者未受HBV感染,且无保护性抗体,应加大乙型肝炎防治的教育宣传,提高人群对乙型肝炎的认识,及时进行疫苗的预防接种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand and analyze the healthy population of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Methods:By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of health examination of hepatitis B virus markers (hepatitis B two pairs of semi). Results:Health examination of hepatitis B test results of the two pairs of semi-analysis of 2 216 human hepatitis B virus,two pairs of half the total abnormal rate of 9.58%,65.16% for the five full-yin,but HBsAb positive for 25.27%. Conclusion:Nearly 65.16% of the volunteers are unaffected by HBV infection,and no protective antibodies to hepatitis B prevention and control should be increased education and publicity to raise people’s awareness of hepatitis B,timely vaccine vaccination.更多还原
