【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管近端阻塞治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析252例因输卵管近端阻塞的不孕患者行宫腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料。结果:输卵管近端阻塞复通成功率受患者盆腔粘连、输卵管扭曲和(或)增粗、输卵管近端外观情况、宫腔内病变等因素的影响。结论:输卵管近端阻塞患者采用宫腹腔镜联合手术有利于提高复通成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of oviduct near-end blocks.Methods:The results of 252 examples of oviduct near-end blocks who underwent hysteroscopy-laparoscopy treatment,were retrosrospectively analyzed.Results:The success ratio of oviduct near-end blocks duplicate passes were been influences by pelvic cavity adhesion,the oviduct of twist,increased thickly,the oviduct near-end outward appearance situation,palace cavity internal illness changes and so on.Conclusion:The palace peritoneoscope and surgery have an advantageous in enhancing the success ratio in duplicate passes of oviduct near-end blocks of the patient.更多还原
