【摘要】 目的:探讨冰敷在人工髋关节置换术后减少出血和止痛的疗效。方法:将48例患者人工髋关节置换术随机均分为两组,对照组常规处理,冰敷组在常规处理的基础上加用自制冰袋冷敷术侧髋关节的前、内、外侧,观察并记录引流量,对患者术后疼痛评分。结果:术后d2冰敷组病人引流量小于50mL,拔除血浆引流管,术后无不良反应。术后冰敷组对疼痛的评分低,使用镇痛药物频率较对照组低,冰敷组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冰敷能有效减少术后渗血,减轻疼痛,减轻术后患者肿胀程度,有效降低并发症的发生,有利于患肢早期功能锻炼,促进康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of ice compress in reducing bleeding、Analgesia and detumescence after artificial hip replacement(AHR).Methods:The 48 cases after AHR were randomly divided into two groups:The control group was conventional treated.Besides conwentional treatment the ice compress group received self-made Ice-bag Cold Compress in the front side,medial side and lateral side of hip joint.Observed and recorded the drainage flow and score of postoperative pain.Results:The ice compress group have more lower pain score and more lower limb swelling than control group.Their drainage flow were less than 50 mm and no adverse reaction after operation.The effect of ice compress group was batter than control group.Conclusion:Ice compress after operation have the advantages of reducing bleeding、relieving pain、decreasing limb swelling and can reduce complication.更多还原
