【摘要】 告知癌症诊断是医护人员、患者、家属相互影响、作用的过程。在整过程中体现出每个人的态度、价值观和社会文化因素的影响。在东方或发展中国家,告知患者癌症诊断会违背"有益原则",不告知又违背"知情同意"原则。就医护人员、患者、家属对癌症患者告知的社会心理因素进行分析,为临床正确面对癌症告知问题提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cancer diagnosis-telling is a complicated issue,in which health care workers,patients and family members are interactive each other representing everyone’s attitudes,values,and beliefs.In the East or developing countries,diagnostic disclosure to cancer patient would be opposite to the principles of "beneficence" while no-disclosure would go against the principles of "informed consent".The present article is intended to review clinicians,patients and family members’ attitudes towards cancer diagnostic disclosure and to get better understanding of this issue.更多还原
