【Abstract】 In the family-genetic study,based on the individual consent,family consent is a beneficial supplement.The interest contradiction between family members results in conflicts between the gene privacy rights and informed rights.We should protect the individual gene security and the interests of other members as well.Benefit sharing should be equally treated to each family member.Under the current situation,legislation protection and gene technology improvement could not be obtained in a short time.A feasible way in protecting resources is to set up the database of genetic family and establish standard management system.更多还原
