【摘要】 目的探讨血必净对急性重度有机磷中毒(ASOP)患者血浆白细胞介素18(IL-18)的影响。方法急性重度有机磷中毒患者108例,随机单盲分为血必净组55例,常规治疗组53例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆IL-18水平。结果血必净组和常规治疗组治疗后IL-18水平均有明显降低,而血必净组的疗效比常规治疗组更显著(P<0.05)。结论血必净可通过降低IL-18水平减少并发症的发生,提高治愈率、降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effects of Xuebijing on plasma interleukin(IL)-18 levels in patients with acute severe organophosphate poisoning(ASOP).Methods 108 patients with ASOP were randomly divided into receive Xuebijing plus conventional treatment group(n=55)and conventional treatment alone(n=53).To detect the plasma IL-18 levels of the patients with ASOP by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method.Results IL-18 of post-treatment decreased obviously,and the effects of Xuebijing group was better than conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through decreasing level of IL-18 in blood plasm,xuebijing could reduce complications,rasie cure rate and lower case-fatality rate.更多还原
