【摘要】 眩晕是患者就诊最常见的病症之一。完整的病史与体格检查可鉴别眩晕的多种病因。病史采集与体格检查可提供足够的信息诊断80%以上的眩晕患者,实验室检查有助于对未明确诊断的眩晕患者进行诊断。甲状腺功能及肝功能检查可排除代谢性病因,心电图与持续心电图检测可用于存在心脏症状的患者。眩晕的药物治疗比较复杂且效果不是特别满意,其他治疗措施包括手术与物理治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vertigo is a common cause for patients to go to hospital.Full disease history and physical examination will help to differentiate the causes of vertigo.History-taking and physical examination alone may provide enough information to diagnose vertigo in more than 80%of patients.Medical testing is helpful for diagnoses.Thyroid and liver function tests can rule out metabolic etiologies.By electrocardiogram and Holter monitorin,the patients with cardiovascular symptoms can be evaluated.Drug treatment of vertigo is complex and generally is not entirely satisfactory,and other treatment modalities include surgery and physical therapy.更多还原
