精子透明带结合与辅助生殖技术中的精子优选问题
Human Sperm-zona Pellucida Binding and Selectivity of the Human Sperm in Assisted Reproductive Technology
【摘要】 卵胞质内单精子注射技术(ICSI)使严重少弱精子症及梗阻性无精子症患者获得生育其遗传学子代成为可能。但ICSI后受精胚胎的质量和植入率仍不理想且人为选择的精子不能确保其子代的安全。选择何种精子进行ICSI,能否改善胚胎质量,降低子代风险等已成为现今研究的热点。各国学者分别从受精的关键、影响受精的因素以及ICSI治疗不育症的潜在风险等多方面进行研究。
【Abstract】 Despite genetic progeny is available by inter cytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)for patients suffering severe deficient and weak sperm or obstructiveazoospermia,ICSI do not contribute to quality of fertilized embryo and implant ratio.Furthermore,filial security can not be ensured through artificial selection.The choice of sperm ICSI,improving quality,reducing offspring risks had became hotspots.National scholars carried out studies to fertilization key,factors as well as potential risks of ICSI treatment.
