【摘要】 子宫内膜异位症是一种妇科常见的难治性疾病,药物治疗对于缓解症状、减少复发发挥重要的作用。既往作用于下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的多种药物在临床应用中取得了肯定的疗效,近年提出以局部病灶为作用靶点进行治疗。现对孕激素拮抗剂、选择性孕激素受体调节剂、芳香化酶抑制剂、抗血管生成治疗及抗炎免疫调节治疗等在异位子宫内膜基础及临床研究中的进展予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endometriosis is a common but the most refractory gynecologic disorder,whereas the pharmacotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of endometriosis,which can relieve pain and reduce the relapse rate.Some drugs targeting the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis have achieved good effects in clinical practice.In recent years,some new views propose that the pharmacotherapy of endometriosis should target the local lesions.In this article,the advances in the drug treatment of endometriosis that targets ectopic endometrium,including progesterone antagonist,selective progesterone receptor modulators,aromatase inhibitors,anti-angiogenic therapies,immunomodulators,and anti-inflammatory drugs are herein reviewed.更多还原
