【Abstract】 Blood lipids are lipids in the blood,either free or bound to other molecules.Abnormal lipid level is a major risk factor of coronary artery heart disease(CHD)and cerebrovascular accidents.Lipoprotein and apolipoprotein abnormalities are extremely common in the general population.In 2001,Pennacchio et al found that apolipoprotein A5 gene(ApoA5).Recently,the research of ApoA5 aroused the attention of scientists.Some researches proposed that ApoA5 gene played an important role in the regulation of triglyceride(TG)level.We mainly focused on the construction,function and regulation mechanisms of ApoA5 gene and the relationship between ApoA5 gene mononucleotide polymorphism and coronary artery heart disease.更多还原
