【Abstract】 Melanin metabolic disturbance will result in pigmentary diseases.With the continuous in-depth research on the mechanisms of pigmentation,the medical treatment has achieved extensive research progress.Due to their natural orgin and less adverse reactions,Chinese medicines have become a modality for pigmentary disorders.The mechanisms of melanin metabolism,the study and application of traditional Chinese formulations,the experimental models,and the evaluation methods of drug efficacy as well as the prospects for the development of traditional Chinese medicines are reviewed in the paper.更多还原
