【摘要】 目的探讨提高大型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的手术疗效。方法对42例大型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例肿瘤直径4.8～8.3cm,平均6.9cm,肿瘤全切26例,次全切除16例,其中4例复发,无手术死亡病例。结论手术切除是治疗蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤最有效的方法,使用显微神经外科技术是提高手术疗效的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore enhancing the curative effect of microsurgical management of large sphenoid ridge meningioma.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with large sphenoid ridge meningioma were retospectively analyzed.Results The diameter of tumor of all patients were between 4.8 and 8.3 cm,mean tumor size was 6.9 cm.Among the 42 patents,tumor gross total resection was achieved in 26,subtotal in 16,an 4 cases recurred,there were no operative deaths.Conclusion Surgical resection is the most effective treatment for sphenoid ridge meningioma,while,employing the microsurgical technique is important,and it can enhance operative therapeutic result.更多还原
