【摘要】 酒石酸布托啡诺是近几年才用于临床的阿片类镇痛药,该药是一种混合型阿片受体激动拮抗药,具有较强的镇痛作用,而对呼吸的抑制作用较弱,在临床手术及术后镇痛的应用中皆能取得较好的效果。值得关注的是,酒石酸布托啡诺在妇产科麻醉领域的应用效果更为卓越,目前临床上已将酒石酸布托啡诺广泛用于妇产科手术麻醉和妇产科术后镇痛。现将其在妇产科术后镇痛中的应用概括予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Butorphanol tartrate was a new analgesia medicine,which has been used in clinic recently.It was one of hybrid receptor agonist/antagonist,had rather strong abirritation,but had weak respiratory depression.it was better used in clinic operation or postoperation analgesia.To our attention,the effect of butorphanol tartrate used in anaesthesia field of gynecology and obstetrics was more excellent.At present,butorphanol tartrate has been widely used in the postoperation analgesia of gynecology and obstetrics.The paper summarized its application in the postoperation analgesia of obstetrics and gynecology.更多还原
