【摘要】 无张力疝修补解决了腹股沟疝术后高复率的问题,20多年来形成了许多手术方式,也产生了不同的修补材料。应用各种的手术方式及不同的修补材料,无张力疝修补均能达到理想治疗效果,但同时也存在不同程度的术后并发症。目前选择最多的修补材料仍是聚丙烯网片,在耻骨肌孔后方进行衬垫式修补较为理想。根据患者的条件、医师的水平和医疗设备选择个体化手术方案,才能达到理想的手术目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tension-free hernia repair has solved the high rate of abdominal femoral hernia.Within 20 years,many surgical procedures and repairing materials have become available.All operation modes and materials can achieve ideal outcomes,with some postoperative complications.The most frequently used repairing materials is still polypropylene patch.Based on the patient′s condition,physician′s preference and medical equipment for individual procedure,ideal operative outcomes can be achieved.更多还原
