血清胆碱酯酶在全身炎性反应综合征患者中变化的研究进展
Research Progress on Change of Serum Cholinesterase in Patients with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome
【摘要】 目前临床上血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)主要用来诊断有机磷农药中毒和评估肝脏功能状况。但近年来国内外一些研究发现,血清ChE活性可能与全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)有关。SIRS患者血清ChE活性降低,其降低程度可能和预后相关。血清ChE活性降低的原因可能与肝功能损害、分解代谢增强、稀释和血管外漏及机体通过"胆碱能抗炎通路"下调胆碱酯酶活性有关。应用ChE抑制剂可对抗SIRS时的过度炎性反应。
【Abstract】 Serum cholinesterase is usually used in the diagnosis of organophosphorus pesticide intoxication,reflecting hepatic function.However,the change of serum cholinesterase had been reported in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome.The mechanisms may include damage of hepatic function,enhanced catabolism,blood dilution,vascular leakage,and down-regulation of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway.Cholinesterase inhibitors may have therapeutic function for excessive inflammatory reaction.
