【Abstract】 The residual burn wounds are usually unresponsive to the treatment with the awkward progress,mainly due to malnutrition,refractory infection,and compromised local circulation.No single monotherapy was suitable for the treatment of residual burn wounds although multiple modalities were available.Therefore,the comprehensive therapy was required to achieve the satisfactory outcomes.The therapeutic regimens consisted mainly of systematic support,local or systematic administration of antibiotics based on the drug-susceptibility testing,application of basic fibroblast growth factors and epidermal growth factors following the rinse or bath,and surgical intervention.更多还原
