尿毒症毒素与神经病变的研究进展
Advances of Study on Uremic Toxins and Neuropathy
【摘要】 神经病变是尿毒症常见的并发症之一,也是死亡的重要原因。神经病变复杂,牵涉到大脑、心血管、胃肠道、泌尿生殖器等内脏及肌肉组织。其检测主要有血压、呼吸、脉搏、心率及神经传导电生理,而后者是最客观的。尿毒症患者即使行血液透析治疗仍有较高的病死率,现认为主要与中分子范围的神经毒素潴留有关。目前尿毒症神经病变尚无有效药物治疗,主要依靠血液净化治疗。血液透析清除中分子毒素效果差。血液滤过、血液灌流及血浆吸附治疗均对神经病变有效。
【Abstract】 Neuropathy is a common complication of uremia and is one important cause of death.Neuropathy are complex and involve the brain,cardiovascular,gastrointestinal,genitourinary and other viscera and muscle tissue.Neuropathy testing include blood pressure,breathing,heartbeat and electrophysiology in nerve conduction,while the latter is the objective.Even if hemodialysis,there is still a high mortality rate in patients with uremia,the main reason is the retention of middle molecular neurotoxin.There is no effective drugs available to treat uremic neuropathy at present,mainly rely on blood purification therapy.The effect of hemodialysis eliminating the middle molecular toxin is poor,the hemofiltration,hemoperfusion and adsorption of plasma are effective treatment in neuropathy.
