【Abstract】 Apart from the reduction of insulin release,the abnormal hepatic insulin signal transduction is the important mechanism of dyshormonism induced by chronic pancreatitis.The changes of expression and function on insulin receptor,insulin receptor substrate and glucose transporter may involve in the abnormal transduction.Understanding the molecular mechanisms of hepatic insulin signal transduction is of great scientific and application significance for improving the prognosis of patients.更多还原
