【Abstract】 United mass spectrometry is a highly effective analytic technology,it can separate the components depending on the separation ability of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography,and identify the component with mass spectrometry.Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technology has higher sensitivity than gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.This article reviewed the technique of mass spectrometry and showed a summary of features for liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technology,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology and some clinical applications.更多还原
