【Abstract】 The first successful human heart transplantation was performed in 1967,since then,heart transplantation became a therapeutic modality from the testing phase,but the development was slow.Following the study of immune rejection,the applications of low temperature and cardiopulmonary bypass,the establishment of orthotopic transplantation method,the improvement of management level of anesthesia,and the determination of brain death criteria,as well as the progress of the donator protection,the clinical application of heart transplantation has developed continuously.At present,heart transplantation has become a sophisticated technology.Cardiac allotransplantation has become the definitive therapy for patients with end-stage heart failure.This review will focus on the anesthetic management perioperatively.更多还原
