【Abstract】 Nitric oxide(NO)is one of the important cellular messengers which regulate the function of cardiovascular system.NO has many considerable effects on cardiovascular disease,such as coronary heart disease,heart failure,hypertension,artherosclerosis and thrombosis,because of its function on platelet aggregation prevention and angiotasis modulation regulation.NO could protect vascellum through its effect on endotheliocyte and microenvironment.The activity and gene polymorphism of nitric oxide synthase can change the development of the cardiovascular disease.更多还原
