【摘要】 垂体腺瘤的治疗中,外科手术治疗是最佳的选择。本文就各种垂体腺瘤显微手术的入路进行探讨,分析了各种入路的适应证和优缺点。笔者认为,为了提高肿瘤全切率,减少副损伤,改善患者预后,应当根据肿瘤的大小、部位、生长方向,与周围组织结构的关系以及术者的技术和经验,选择合理的个体化手术入路,注重实施个体化的手术治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the best option for the majority of pituitary adenoma patients at present,surgical treatment becomes more and more important.And the key to surgical treatment is the route approach.In this test,we summarized the different surgical approaches for pituitary adenomas and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the approaches.In order to increase the total removal rate and decrease the mortality,recurrence and complications,a reasonable individualized surgical route approach should be chosen according to the size,location,growth direction and the relationship with the surrounding structure of the tumor as well as the surgeon’s skills and experience.更多还原
