【摘要】 目的评价64层多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对冠状动脉狭窄显示的准确性、可靠性。方法收集32例临床怀疑冠心病的患者行64层MSCT冠状动脉成像检查,同期行冠状动脉血管造影(CAG),对两种方法评价的结果进行对照研究。结果 64层MSCT可评估率为91.53%。与SCA对照分析,评价冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值分别为98.94%、98.59%、95.88%、99.64%。结论 64层MSCT对诊断冠状动脉狭窄的具有很高的应用价值,可无创性的评估冠脉血管状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT(64-MSCT)in assessing coronary artery stenosis.Methods 32 patients with suspected coronary artery disease underwent both 64-MSCT and coronary angiography(CAG).The findings of 64- MSCT were compared with CAG.Results The 64-MSCT scans were evaluable in 91.53%.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the 64-MSCT in detecting coronary artery stenosis were 98.94%,98.59%,95.88% and 99.64%, respectively.Conclusion 64-MSCT is a valuable non-invasive method for diagnosing coronary artery stenosis.更多还原
