【摘要】 目的:了解微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(MPCNL)围手术期的护理。方法:156例病例中男98例,女58例,年龄18～78岁,平均年龄43岁。肾结石108例,输尿管上段结石41里,肾结石伴输尿管结石7例。对患者手术前后实施了有针对性的护理,并对并发症进行了密切观察与护理。结论:术后根据MPCNL的手术特点与要求做好相应的术前准备,对并发症进行积极的观察与护理是围手术期的护理要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the methods for perioperative nursing for patients undergoing Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:A total of 156 patients(98 males and 58 females) with a mean age of 43(18-78) were enrolled in this study.The disease was kidney stone in 108 patients,stone in upper segment of urethra in 41 and kidney stone accompanied by urethra stone in 7.Results:The individualized nursing plans were developed for each group of patients and operative complications carefully monitored and managed.Conclusion:The key issue for perioperative nursing of the patients is to have full preoperative preparation and closely monitor and manage relevant complications.更多还原
