【摘要】 目的研究结直肠癌患者血清瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素水平的变化。方法入选30例结直肠癌患者(病例组),另选30例健康体检者为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附分析法检测血清瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素水平。结果病例组的瘦素和脂联素水平均高于正常对照组,病例组的抵抗素水平低于正常对照组。结论血清中抵抗素和脂联素的含量在结直肠癌中发挥着重要的作用,瘦素水平对指导临床实践具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the concentration of leptin, adiponectin and resistin in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The serum concentration of leptin,adiponectin and resistin was investigated by ELISA in 30 patients with colorectal cancer and in 30 healthy controls. Results The serum concentration of leptin and adiponectin in colorectal cancer patients was lower than that in controls (P<0.05;P<0.05, respectively).The serum concentration of resistin in colorectal cancer patients was higher than that in controls(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum concentration of adiponectin and resistin may play an important role in colon carcinogenesis.Leptin may possibly have the prognostic value in clinical practice. Serum leptin levels are closely related to the diseases process of prognostic value.更多还原
