【摘要】 目的探讨常规注射速率下小剂量对比剂在颈部CTA中的应用。方法颈部CTA检查采用常规注射速率(3～4ml/s)下经由肘静脉注射器团注优维显(370mgI/ml),由阈值触发扫描。35例低剂量组采用50ml对比剂,35例常规组则用70ml对比剂。由2名有经验的影像科医师双盲法独立进行图像评价分析。结果 2名医师对图像评判结果中度一致(Kappa=0.802);低剂量组图像优良率88.6%(31/35),常规剂量组优良率62.9%(22/35)。小剂量组图像质量优于常规剂量组(Z=-3.236,P=0.001)。结论与常规剂量相比,低剂量对比剂可以明显减少静脉伪影,为临床提供可靠的诊疗依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of low dosage of the contrast media in carotid arteries angiography with 64-slice spiral CT.Methods According to the contrast dosage,70 patients undergoing carotid CT angiography(CTA).The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:one group was treated with 50 ml contrast agent and 20 ml saline flush,the other group was administrated with 70 ml contrast agent.With double blindness method,the data were respectively evaluated and analyzed by two radiologists independently.Results A good agreement was reached for two viewers,Kappa value was 0.082.The percentages of excellent image quality at low and normal contrast dose level were 88.6%(31/35),62.9%(22/35) respectively.The differences of image quality between the two groups had statistical significance(Z=-3.236,P=0.001).Conclusion Good CTA image quality can be acquired with reduced contrast dose,thereby we can offer reliable diagnostic imformation for the clinicians.更多还原
