【摘要】 目的探讨钡灌肠和CT检查在结肠癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析43例经手术及(或)纤维结肠镜病理检查证实的结肠癌的影像学资料。结果钡灌肠造影检出结肠癌43例44个病灶,显示病变处结肠肠壁浸润、黏膜中断、溃疡、管壁僵硬、杯口状充盈缺损等。43例CT检查均可显示不同程度结肠肠壁增厚、局部软组织肿块12例,病变侵及周围组织6例,增强扫描显示病灶强化;周围淋巴结肿大5例,远处脏器转移3例。结论钡灌肠造影是发现结肠癌的重要手段;CT检查对结肠癌的诊断、术前分期、制定治疗方案和预后可提供准确的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of barium enema and CT examination in diagnosis of colonic cancer.Methods Forty three cases of colonic cancer confirmed by operation and pathology had been analyzed retrospectively.Results Barium enema detected 44 lesions in 43 cases,showed the wall infiltration,mucosal disruption,ulcers,wall stiffness,cup-shaped filling-defect and so on. CT examination showed the colonic wall thickening in 43 cases,soft-tissue mass in 12 cases,invading the surrounding tissue in 6 cases.The lesions were enhanced by contrast scan.The lymph nodes enlarged in 5 cases and distant metastasis in 3 cases.Conclusion The barium enema is an important means of colonic cancer detection;CT examination provide mroe accurate information of diagnosis,preoperative staging,treatment plan and prognosis.更多还原
