管径增大指数(AI)与脉象参数的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨增大指数(Augmentation index,AI)及脉象有关参数的相关性及其临床意义。方法纳入53例正常人,应用ALOKA公司Prosoundα10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行颈动脉AI检测,应用DDMX-100脉象仪进行桡动脉脉象时域分析参数检测,并研究两者的相关性。结果AI与h3/h1呈正相关(r=0.670,P<0.01),与h4/h1呈正相关(r=0.579,P<0.01),与t4呈正相关(r=0.634,P<0.01),与h3呈正相关(r=0.443,P<0.01),与h4呈正相关(r=0.364,P<0.01),与t呈正相关(r=0.351,P<0.05),与h5呈负相关(r=-0.592,P<0.01),与h5/h1呈负相关(r=-0.596,P<0.01),与h1/t1呈负相关(r=-0.350,P<0.05)。AI与h1、t1、t5、t5/t4、As、Ad无相关性。结论AI作为预测动脉硬化程度的经典指标之一,有助于在脉象众多参数中筛选出反映动脉弹性的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of Augmentation Index(AI) and pulse presentations related parameters and its clinical significance.Methods 53 cases of healthy people were included.The AI of carotid artery was detected with Prosoundα10 color Doppler ultrasonograph made in ALOCK company.And the pulse presentations time domain analysis parameters of radial artery were detected with DDMX—100 pulsography.The correlation of the both sides was researched.Results There were positive correlations between AI and h3/h1(r=0.670,P<0.01),between AI and h4/h1(r=0.579,P<0.01),between AI and h4(r=0.364,P<0.01),between AI and t(r=0.351,P<0.05).There were negative correlations between AI and h5(r=-0.592,P<0.01),between AI and h5/h1(r=-0.596,P<0.01), between AI and h1/t1(r=-0.350,P<0.05 ).There were no correlations between AI and h1,t1,t5,t5/t4,As and Ad.Conclusion As one of the classic indexes,AI is helpful to screen indexes reflecting arterial elasticity in multiple parameters of pulse presentations.
