【摘要】 目的统计、分析输尿管支架管在泌尿系统应用中并发症的发生情况?方法对我院2004年6月--2010年7月收治并确诊的肾结石,输尿管结石,各种病因导致的输尿管狭窄,肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄及其他疾病等可能留置输尿管内支架管的患者进行分析研究。结果本组临床病例研究中共有521例患者,其主要的并发症包括:血尿、膀胱刺激征、尿液返流、位置异常、皮壳/结石形成等。结论输尿管支架管在泌尿系统特别是微创泌尿外科应用广泛,规范的手术操作及合理的术后护理可有效减少并发症的发生?更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to ureteral stents in the urinary system and its complications in statistics and analysis.Methods Caused the stenosis of the ureter,stricture of ureteropelvic junction and other diseases may indwelling ureteral stents in patients analyzed.Results Admitted to our hospital in 2008 and diagnosed kidney stones,ureteral stones,a variety of factors The clinical case study group of patients,a total of 41l,which preoperative indwelling ureteral stents in patients with a total of 398 cases of ureteral stents in the utilization rate of 96.8%;its main complications include: hematuria,bladder irritation ,urine reflux,abnormal position,hull / stone formation.Conclusion Ureteral stents in the urinary system,particularly widely used minimally invasive urology,surgical operation and a reasonable standard of care can be effective in reducing postoperative complications.更多还原
