【摘要】 目的了解分娩期产妇对护理服务的需求状况,以期提高分娩期护理服务质量,为完善产期服务模式提供新的信息。方法随机抽取某医院2009年4月～2009年12月住院分娩的320例初产妇为调查和观察对象,进行分娩期护理服务需求的现场问卷调查及相关访谈。结果孕妇分娩相关知识需求前5位的分别是伤口及会阴护理知识、临产先兆知识、宫缩痛缓解方法、母乳喂养方法、孕期营养知识。在医院护理需求方面,除待产时看电视的需求较低为37.8%外,其他各种服务项目的需求均在60%以上,而且绝大多数的需求都在80%以上。结论给予保障安全舒适分娩的相关知识及心理支持是产妇和家属关注的两个方面,医院的护理服务工作以及相关的健康教育工作应重点针对于此展开。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the expanding nursing service based on patients needs for improving the quality of nursing service and supplying new information of perinatal services.Methods 320 primiparas were selected as the study object,and relative questionnaires were completed through investigating our study object.Results The former 5 childbirth-related knowledge needs of primiparas is that perineal wound care knowledge,threatened labor knowledge,uterine pain mitigation methods,breastfeeding practices and maternal nutrition knowledge.In the hospital care needs,except for the labor demand for less time watching TV is 37.8%,the other needs of a variety of service projects were more than 60%,and the vast majority of needs are more than 80%.Conclusion The needs of primiparas’ health and the protection of the newborn baby were two aspects of hospital care services which were concerned mostly and relevant health education should be focused on that for our hospital.更多还原
