【摘要】 目的探讨白内障超声乳化围手术期护理,减少手术并发症。方法术前完善各项术前检查,给予积极的心理护理,做好饮食指导及眼部准备工作;术后注意病情观察,做好生活指导、心理护理、用药护理及出院指导。结果患者术后均未发生严重并发症。术后分别对比术前视力,对术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月视力进行测试,结果所有患者术后视力均高于术前。结论加强对白内障围手术期的护理及健康教育,能有效防止并发症的发生,明显提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The discussion cataract supersonic emulsification encircles surgery time nursing, reduces the surgery complication. Methods Just before the technique, consummates each technique to inspect, gives positive psychological nursing, finishes the diet instruction and the ocular region preparatory work; After the technique, the attention condition observation, completes the life instruction, psychological nursing, the medication to nurse and to leave the hospital the instruction. Results After patient technique, has not had the serious complication. After the technique, contrasts the technique before separately the vision, technique latter 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 month vision carries on the test, before finally all patient technique back sight strength is higher than the technique.
