【摘要】 目的探讨中耳鼓室球瘤的CT及MRI影像学特征及鉴别诊断。方法对经手术证实的11例中耳鼓室球瘤的CT及MRI影像学表现进行了回顾性分析。结果鼓室球瘤均发生于下鼓室靠近鼓岬,T1WI呈显著异常对比增强,中耳腔壁骨质无破坏。结论中耳鼓室球瘤CT及MRI影像学有一定的特征表现,综合CT及MRI影像特点能够提高诊断准确率,减少漏、误诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigation the imaging features and differential diagnosis of cases glomus tympanicum tumor in middle ear by CT and MRI. Methods we reviewed the CT and MRI imaging performances of the 11 cases glomus tympanicum tumor in middle ear confirmed by surgery. Results glomus tympanicum tumor in middle ear all occurred in the hypotympanum next to promontorium tympani. When we increased the signal of T1WI,the tumors were enhanced obviously,without sclerotin damagement in tympanum parietal bone.Conclusion There are some characteristic apperances on the imaging performances of glomus tympanicum tumor in middle ear by CT and MRI.Comprehensive analyzing of the imaging performances,we can improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce the false negative rate, the false positive rate.更多还原
