【摘要】 本文阐述由医院传统图书馆在向数字图书馆转型期之时,图书馆员出现的工作职业倦怠的问题,并从社会的竞争、技术的挑战、馆员自身专业能力的局限以及用户需求的多元性等方面分析倦怠的原因。提出要创造良好社会环境,提高馆员的社会地位、增加图书馆员培训机会、进行岗位轮换制及实施部分岗位弹性工作制等策略措施。更多还原
